Introduction to Lacrosse For boys in 1st thru 4th grade and girls in 1st and 2nd. Meets on Sundays starting April 11th to June 6th at Spring Rock Park. No practice May 30th. Great way to get basic instruction for inexperienced players. Scrimmages will be played to increase knowledge of lacrosse games.
Experienced players will be formed into teams. Practice and instruction on skills will take place before the games. Games will be played weekly starting April 18th.
Lacrosse equipment is required to participate. Boys – Lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, lacrosse or hockey helmet with face guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, soccer or football cleats and cup. Girls - Lacrosse stick, mouth and eye guards. Boys and girls are separated. Uniform pick-up is on April 11th before practice.
