5^th & 6^th Grade House League Schedule

For practices

Ohio State, Michigan & Wisconsin will dress in the white sided jersey
Penn State, Illinois & Notre Dame will be in the blue sided jersey

April 7^st 6-7 PM Western Springs Recreation Center Jersey/Uniform distribution

April 8^th Practice 6- 7:30pm Spring Rock Park with coaches and True Lacrosse

April 11^th Practice 3-5pm Spring Rock Park - Coaches & High School Referees (Rain Location – Lyons Township Field House)

April 15^th Practice 6-7:30pm Spring Rock Practice Assistance with coaches & True Lacrosse

April 18^th Game 1 at Spring Rock Park (Rain Location – Lyons Township Field House)

· 3-4 PM Penn State vs. Michigan

· 4-5 PM Ohio vs. Illinois

· 5-6 PM Wisconsin vs. Notre Dame

April 22nd Practice 6-7:30 PM Spring Rock Practice Assistance with coaches & True Lacrosse

Picnic Day Schedule June 6^th

Hot dogs, chips and drinks from 12pm – 3pm

11:30am – 1pm True Lacrosse Clinic

1 – 1:45pm 1st/2nd grade boys game

1:45pm Trophy distribution and prizes for 1st/2nd grade boys

1:45 – 2:30pm Girls 1st/2nd grade game.

2:30pm Trophy distribution and prizes for 1st/2nd grade girls

1 – 2pm 3rd/4th grade game

1 – 2pm 5rd/6th grade game

2:00pm Trophy distribution and prizes for 3rd/4th and 5/6th grade boys

2 – 3pm 7th/8th grade game

3:00pm Trophy distribution and prizes for 7/8th grade boys

Rain Location and weather related problems:

Please look at www.westernspringslacrosse.org or use the weather hotline at 246-9070 X 419 for information about cancellations or rain location schedule.

SUNDAYS only - In the event of weather related problems for practices/games, rain location will be at Lyons Township Field House 4900 S. Willow Springs Rd. Western springs. Entrance to field house is off 49^th and Willow Springs Rd. in parking lot by tennis courts.

THURSDAYS only - In the event of weather related problems on Thursday, practices will be cancelled.

REMINDERS

Be at the field 15 minutes before your game to get dressed and ready. That includes playing catch and stretching so you are ready to play at game time.
Games will consist of four 12 minute quarters - assuming we start on time. If you are not ready to go and we start late, we may shorten the game time to get back on schedule.
Team listed first for each game should wear their jersey gold side out. Second team is blue.
